Wellness Retreat: A day in the life....
Mornings: We root to rise with meditation followed by a grounding & energising 90 minute practice. Vinyasa, Mandala & Power.
Brunch: A nourishing and hearty brunch using fresh, local produce & ingredients.
Daytimes: Relax, read, nap, swim, snorkel, hike, paddle board, have a massage or join one of our optional afternoon workshops. Sip your refreshing juice or smoothie by the ocean.
Dinner: Our chef will prepare a delicious 3 course vegetarian dinner for us.
Evenings: 60 minute slow & stretchy yoga practice dedicated to slowing down & finding an inner stillness. Yin & Restorative.
Pre-bed: 30 minute breathwork and meditation for a restful sleep.
